A little prep ahead of time keeps the day calm and sensory-friendly for every family in the room. Here is what to know before you arrive.
Every guest, adults and children, needs a completed waiver before arrival. You will get a family waiver link by email to share with your guests, so check-in is quick. You are welcome to arrive 60 minutes before your start time to decorate and settle in.
Your celebration has your own private party room for the full two hours. A Prana Play associate is on site to help with set-up, play and clean-up so you can be with your guests, on every package except Sunday Seclusion.
Balloons and decorations are welcome. Please use magic tape rather than regular tape for anything going on the walls.
Prana Play is a no-shoe facility. Shoes come off at the door for everyone entering the play area, with no exceptions. Socks are required for every guest, and grippy socks of any brand give the best traction on our play surfaces.
Parties run for two hours, and all guests and belongings need to be out of the play area promptly at the end so we can reset for the next celebration. Going more than 15 minutes over adds a $50 overtime fee for each additional 30 minutes. Your package includes a set number of children, and extra children are $22 each based on your confirmed Roller headcount, with one adult per child in the party room.
